1. After adding your favorite detergent, measure the amount of fabric conditioner for the size of your load. 

Add a cap full of Downy Liquid Fabric Conditioner to the washing machine dispenser

2. Add a capful of Downy into your washing machine's dispenser drawer or directly into its agitator.

I tried going without fabric softener, but in the dry, MN winters, I just got too much static (yes, I tried adjusting temp and time but it didn’t work). This stuff smells so heavenly. I suffer from migraines and this is the only scented kind that doesn’t cause issues.

I will never use another!

I absolutely love the rosewater and aloe scent. It’s light and fresh.. not overpowering like some can be. My towels and clothes feel so soft! I’ve turned others on to this fabric softener too. I’ll definitely continue to repurchase.

Lovely scent

This fabric softener leaves my clothes smelling fresh for weeks. It doesn’t smell too strong or overpowering, it just smells so fresh and clean. I love using this with tide detergent. Also a little goes a long way with this fabric softener.

Scent is clean and lasts long!

This is the best fabric softener that I have ever used in 40 years of doing laundry. The scent is magical, versatile for men or women. It lingers on clothes just enough to make them smell amazing, but not enough that it would interfere with other scents or fill a room. I wish that Downy made perfume, I would buy a bathtub full of this. No parabens, and is a 70% natural product with no dyes!

I rarely write reviews--and I have never used fabric softner in my life until I smelled this randomly in Target and now I am hooked. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the booster beads in this scent!!!!

BEST SCENT ON THE PLANET

I absolutely love this scent however I'm a little disappointed that there aren't scent beads and dryer sheets for this scent also. If y'all will make them I'll happily buy them.

I absolutely love the scent of this softener! It’s a perfect rose scent, and it stays on my clothes for hours while wearing! It’s a little pricey, but you can shop around to find deals. And if not, it’s worth it.
