Bring back Infusions Refresh birch water

This stuff made my clothes feel weird and smell a little off. I thought maybe they replaced Downy Infusions Refresh with birch water

Refresh vs Balance

I was not impressed. I want the refresh infusions back. Something is this formula doesn't agree with my skin. Now I'm just itchy and sad, and have to rewash everything.
